Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of the order date for a full refund.
Returns
To initiate your return, please send an email to vip@leegoal.com.
Our standard return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we usually cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
If you do not receive your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at vip@leegoal.com.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items within 45 days. If you need a replacement for the same item, please send an email to vip@leegoal.com and one of our staff will contact you first to resolve your return or exchange.
