Shipping policy

For orders from the United States.

Please note that shipping may be delayed during the months of November and December. We work 6 days a week so that we can ship as soon as possible.

Almost all of our products are shipped from the United States. Our global shipping service is the reason why we have customers from more than 60 countries/regions and this is increasing

Standard (U.S.): 2-5 business days.

Standard (International): 5-10 business days.
When do you ship?
We ship as soon as possible and upload the waybill number within 1 business days, but shipping times are dependent on local shipping speeds and customs clearance and are beyond our complete control. Typically, it will take 5-10 business days for you to receive your package.
To return an item, please contact us first and our customer service staff will tell you how to mail the item to our warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon request, we can provide a pre-paid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
